Slinky, seductive, and self-assured, this lamp cleverly contrasts light and dark and balances the whole with a ½" globe valve faucet pulsating with brassy passion. The silky, cream shade was purchased by Gareth in response to an an advertisement he placed in the local city newspaper.

An elderly woman phoned him to see if he might be interested in her collection of antique and Art Deco memorabilia, and among the collection there were some real gems, including the shade featured here. However, she loved her treasures with a passion and had to be convinced over endless cups of tea that her precious shades were going to a 'good home.' Any home which can boast ownership of this lamp just has to be a good home.
