In 1906 the Jenkins Brothers established a foundry and machine shop in Montreal, Canada, to produce a limited range of high quality bronze valves. A few of these found their way to New Zealand, and one of the finest is featured here. The horizontally fluted, opaue, globe is Art Deco in its purest simplicity.
